***About The Role**:
A research team from the School of Management & Marketing in the Faculty of Business & Law at Curtin University aims to recruit a suitably qualified research assistant [RA] for their ARC Linkage Project, _Optimising cost-effective services to the aged CaLD community_.

The project comprises several studies, aimed at helping to identify, develop and offer cost effective community-based services that can improve the lives and wellbeing of their culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) clients. The RA is expected to engage with the project team at all stages of the project, encompassing _services marketing,_ so it is anticipated the RA will have qualifications in this area, or a cognate discipline.

The RA will be employed on a **0.3 FTE basis [2 days per week on average]**for a** 2-year period**starting from** 24 March 2025**, at a rate consummate with their academic qualifications and research experience. This position would be based on the Bentley campus of Curtin University in Perth, Australia. We anticipate that the RA will be a recent graduate with either a PhD or professional doctorate in business (DBA), with a minimum of 5-years managerial experience in industry, and willing to undertake a wide range of tasks to help further the aims and project outcomes.
