In partnership with the NSW Government, the Parklife Metro consortium (comprised of Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild) is delivering a transformative, city-shaping metro rail project in Greater Western Sydney.

RDWSA will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Parklife Metro for 15 years.

**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Asset Management Director, the Depot Supervisor will oversee depot operations, including train movements, storage, and warehousing. This role ensures efficient coordination of maintenance, cleaning, and other activities while working closely with Siemens Mobility (SMO) Customer Service to support rolling stock maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- ** Depot Operations** - Overseeing all depot activities, ensuring safe and efficient train movements, maintenance coordination, and compliance with safety standards.
- ** Train Movements** - Managing the depot train control, authorising rolling stock movements, and liaising with the OCC for seamless mainline transitions.
- ** Warehouse & Logistics** - Supervising warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, dispatch, and deliveries with mínimal disruption to depot functions.
- ** IMV & Plant Operations** - Managing and training machine operators, coordinating IMV and plant deployment, and supporting testing and commissioning.
- ** Testing & Commissioning** - Support Parklife Metro D&C by managing depot operations and implementing operational processes.
- ** Team Leadership & Development** - Recruiting, training, and leading depot and warehouse staff while driving continuous improvement and best practices.

**About You**:
This role is critical in ensuring smooth depot operations, effective maintenance coordination, and readiness for full network service. To be successful in this role you will need:

- Tertiary education in management, planning, or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ experience in maintenance depot operations or train control, with a focus on CBTC or train control systems
- Proven experience managing technicians and leading teams
- CERT IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Excellent planning, organisational, and technical writing skills
- Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail and flexibility
