**About the role**:
This is a critical role for the business that supports our Coles Team Cover claims team, as well as numerous areas of the CLSO team, our stores, and most importantly our Injured Team Members.
This is a full time position, where you will have the responsibility of working within national regulatory and service timeframes entering correspondence, registering claims and paying accounts to ensure we are provide a great service to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as assisting the business to have important data and information in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Team Leader - CSO, you will be part of an awesome team, delivering support to all stakeholders.
You will receive comprehensive training in all of our systems and processes upon commencement, and have the ability to connect in with a skilled and highly motivated team mates to ensure success.
