We are seeking a strong-willed, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment to join our team as a Receptionist/Customer Service Officer (CSO).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional, customer-first experience at all times.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments, bookings, and repair updates with precision and efficiency.
- Handle all inquiries and requests with clarity and attention to detail, ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
- Maintain an organized and structured workflow, ensuring that all customer interactions and administrative tasks are handled seamlessly.
- Assist in invoicing, data entry, and administrative tasks, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep the reception area neat, orderly, and welcoming.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong-willed and self-motivated, with the ability to remain focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and following structured processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer-focused service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
