About the Role

We are looking for casual customer focused fitness centre receptionists, to join our amazing department, where you will be creating a welcoming experience for all our guests and members through helpful and exceptional service. This will be a mixed role of handling and responding to calls and enquiries, in addition to greeting and assisting our guests and members. In this position you will be proactively resolving service-related concerns and providing appropriate follow up. This highly visible role gives opportunity for creating signature experiences. Our Clubhouse shifts are Monday - Friday 05:30-12:00; 16:00 - 19:00; Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 12:00; 16:00-1900.

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Clubhouse whilst on shift
- Answer all online, walk in and telephone enquiries positively and adequately to all members and guests
- Handle guest enquiries and requests and to have a thorough knowledge of the Clubhouse offerings
- Maintain the exercise equipment, keeping it clean, sanitised and in peak condition at all times
- Ensure daily tasks and cleaning are completed
- Good Computer Skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and self driven to complete tasks
- Interest in health and fitness, highly regarded
