We are seeking an exceptional and brand-aligned Boutique Manager to embrace our _by charlotte_ vision and culture to deliver meaningful experiences to our customers. As our Macquarie Centre Boutique Manager you will play an essential role in the _by charlotte_ experience. This position reports directly to our NSW Area Manager, and works closely with other key internal stakeholders. **If you are ready to bring positivity, creativity, and heart to our team, we’d love to hear from you.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of this role, you will:

- Maintain an exceptional level of service by always leading by example in communication and customer engagement.
- Review store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to share feedback with the wider team and develop strategies and key focus areas for improvement.
- Provide specific coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
- Offer ongoing coaching opportunities to all team members in product knowledge, storytelling and selling skills to develop best-in-business product and service experts.
- Implement targeted sales strategies to ensure growth outcomes and set targets are achieved within the store.
- Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented against business guidelines.
- Monitor traffic trends and effective rostering to achieve maximum sales potential.
- Uphold relevant policies and procedures to ensure team comprehension and compliance, brand spirit and culture.
- Always maintains a safe working environment aligned with Work health and safety standards and guidelines.
