**Brand and Values**
- Be an ambassador for Bec + Bridge by aesthetically representing the company as per the styling guidelines
- Demonstrate through attitude and action a strong understanding of the company values, policies and procedures
- Observe shop floor behaviour to provide feedback to team members regarding the behaviour of team members and customer service standards
- Lead and coach team members
- Foresee and proactively resolve all employee issues
- Train team members on all policy, procedure and sales technique updates
- Work with head office to formulate business development strategies to ensure long term growth and success
- Work closely with each team member to develop clear personal and company objectives
- Ensures all team members are achieving sales target requirements
- Communicate company expectations to team members and manage such expectations
- Be quick, efficient and approachable
- Follow through on commitments and promises to all team members

**Customer Experience**
- Continually develop new customer relationships while maintaining existing relationships
- Maintain an exceptional standard of customer service in line with company standards and ensuring that all team members do the same
- Ensure the store floor is well zoned at all times
- Coach and lead all team members on all aspects of delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Treat returns as if they are a sale by providing as good, if not better service and ensure that all team members do the same
- Contact customers with the launch of a collection and each major delivery
- Conduct styling workshops weekly involving all team members

**Finance and Budgets**
- Understand all financial requirements and implement all budget controls
- Monitor financial costs and proactively take action to reduce them throughout the season
- Maintain store budget spreadsheet and continually identify opportunities to improve performance
- Understand and monitor all costs
- Set rosters that meet both the sales versus salary budgets and the requirements of the business
- Manage all store expenses including garment repairs, store and wardrobe dry-cleaning and stationary orders in line with company guidelines
- Swiftly inform management of any over budget items
- Keep all team members up to date on their individual targets to ensure revenue budgets are met each month
- Manage and implement incentive programs approved by head office to enhance performance

**HR**
- Responsible for the store’s efficiency and the performance of all staff
- Assists in recruiting, inducting, retaining and succession planning staff members when required
- Provides continuous training and development for all staff
- Provides a standardised induction for all new employees
- Is present and participates in all training programs and workshops
- Assists the regional manager with performance reviews to effectively manage the performance of team
- Is responsible for creating development plans for performing and talented staff
- Understands and is compliant with accounting and payroll software system
- Escalates all HR issues to State Manager

**Stock**
- Manage stock room and ensure it is kept tidy at all times
- Ensure store stock volumes are accurate at all times
- Complete stock takes as required
