**About the team**:
the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Our store operations transformation team are tasked with landing key concepts in store to deliver the best possible customer experience. To help deliver some key projects we are looking for a Service Innovation Coach to join the team.

**About the role**:
Supporting the National Change and Transformation Manager and the State Operations team with all project change activities. Helping deliver the next phase of customer service transformation. You will also:

- ensure the alignment of all change and store activities are executed in store supporting team and customers through the process.
- Act as a key communication lead for activity and change within the state
- be a key contact within the state and consult with functional areas of the business including P&C, Safety, Profit Protection, Supply Chain, and Central Operations to understand the activity requirements and ensure they are well communicated across the state
- Coach, guide and support Store Managers and Regional Managers in achieving performance using effective process
- identify State based approaches to improving business performance and metrics

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for an experienced retail leader who has experience of working on projects and delivering great results. You will also need:

- A deep understanding of retail operations and processes, company policy and store procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in planning, coordination and organisation including managing of projects or programs
- Strong communication and presentational skills at a senior leadership level
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Ability to influence business leaders to ensure effective change management
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and position content to ensure alignment and synergies
- Strong planning, organisational and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilise and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver messages with grace and execute with limited information and ambiguity
