**The Role**

As a Team Manager within our Service Centre, you will play a crucial role in managing the CFS Edge product and platform services. This role is a cornerstone within CFS Operations, where you will drive teams to peak performance, and provide continuous development, coaching, and leadership to our Edge Service Specialists

Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a team culture that prioritizes outstanding performance, delivering work of the highest quality, and providing accurate, timely information that aligns with our service commitments and partner expectations.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and nurture a team of proficient consultants dedicated to delivering high-quality interactions and exceptional service.
- Work closely with other Team Managers and stakeholders to enhance capabilities and overall performance of Operations.
- Serve as an escalation point for the Service Centre and broader Operations team regarding inquiries, issues, and Expressions of Dissatisfaction (EODs).Manage key relationships with outsourcing partners, ensuring performance meets agreed service levels

**Your Capability and Experience**
- Technical knowledge of superannuation and a sound understanding of CFS platforms Edge and First Wrap.
- Proven track record as an operational leader, adept at steering high-performing teams within a dynamic operational setting.
- Skilled in sourcing data and conducting analyses to discern trends and opportunities.
- Demonstrate people leadership capabilities, particularly with frontline teams.
- Work independently within delegated authority and procedural guidelines, and have an advanced ability to build strong relationships and rapport with a customer-centric approach.
- Qualifications: RG146 is desirable but not mandatory.Experience in elevating team performance through effective coaching and performance management strategies
