and Blinds as well

**ABOUT YOU**
We are on the lookout for a customer experience driven sales leader who still loves to be involved in the day-to-day sales and building relationships with customers, as well as developing the next generation of sales leaders. Our top store managers do just that and run their stores like it is their own business with a lot of pride in the quality of our products and our focus for customer service.

You will ideally have experience as a Retail Store Manager with a successful track record under your belt. You thrive in a goal driven environment and get a buzz out of achieving targets and a healthy competition. You understand the importance of running a tight ship, when it comes to operational elements such as store standards, stock management, cost controls etc. Experience in flooring and this industry is a requirement

For home improvement products (such as flooring and wall-to-wall carpet), the sales process starts in the showroom and generally is closed by the same salesperson at the customer’s home once they complete the measurements and can provide a complete quote. Therefore
**a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is a requirement of the role.**

**THE ROLE**
At its core, this is a leadership role and is responsible for driving the sales, customer experience and efficient running of the operations in-store. The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Setting and communicating daily and weekly targets and results to your team. Guiding, training and developing and supporting the team in achieving their goal.
- Driving exceptional customer experience in store
- Store merchandising including promotional displays and ticketing, ensuring all products are displayed in an organised and appealing way that adheres to company standards
- Sales
- Day to day management of the team - rostering including managing home visit schedules, performance reviews, providing ongoing development etc
