**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
- Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting on driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Maintain stock management/Inventory control

**What do we need from you**
- Previous management experience required in a similar role
- Proven ability to be involved in team development and leadership roles
- Knowledge P & L, Budgets
- Attention to detail
- Passion for Customers and Sales
- Proven Sales or Customer Service Roll experience
