**About the Role**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to the designated areas;
- Sort and place materials or items on rack, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, style, style, colour or product;
- Loading and unloading of trucks;
- Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for material tolls or other stock items and distribute items to departments or individuals;
- Assemble internal customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves;
- Mark materials with identifying information;
- Record amounts of material or items received or distributed;
- Enter details of goods in and out into computer system;
- Drive forklift to transport stored items from warehouse to plant and other required locations; and
- Maintain inventory records.
- Certificate in Warehouse Management would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse stock items;
- Experience with stores clerical systems;
- Understanding storage of dangerous goods & Hazardous Chemicals ;
- Understanding of disposal of obsolete stock;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Working knowledge of computerised ordering system;
- Knowledge of inwards good receivable systems; and
- Understanding of purchase systems.

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Contract

Pay: $23.23 - $38.37 per hour
