**About you**
- Must have previous experience (work and/or lived experience) in the delivery of supports to assist people with a disability in their community or own home and in the development of their skills and abilities.
- Able to utilise a range of community-based supports and methods to achieve client goals.
- Enjoys working both independently and within a community environment.
- The ability to effectively manage and deliver supports for clients with behaviours of concern.
- Current Victorian Driver License and a well-maintained vehicle that meets current safety standards (VicRoads registered) .
- Working with Children Check (employee) or willing to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates or willing to obtain.
- Evidence of COVID19 vaccination.

**About the role**
- These roles will provide tailored support to people, enabling them to live in their community independently.
- Casual positions available with shifts across 7 days a week with inactive sleepovers and the occasional active night.
