**About the Role**

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Officer to join our friendly team at Belmont Grange, our residential aged care home located in** Grovedale.**

**Please note, this position is a Maternity Leave Cover**
- **9 month contract, with potential to extend**:

- **4 days per week**:

- **30am to 3pm**

This is a fast paced and dynamic role that will utilise your exceptional relationship and customer service skills. You will utilise your exceptional communication skills to conduct tours for potential new residents and maintaining referrer relationships in the community.

This position involves soft sales and KPI targets so it is essential that you have demonstrated experience in working to budgets and targets. This is a unique role where you will provide key customer service, relationship management and administration skills with a focus on optimising occupancy at all times.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Previous customer relationship service (aged care experience is desirable)
- Demonstrated sales experience including working to budgets and targets
- Experience preparing agreements (highly regarded)
- Strong administration skills
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
- A demonstrated ability to work and achieve goals in a fast paced environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Current Police Check
- COVID Vaccination
