**Fish & Chip Shop Manager - Geelong**

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for great food and customer service? We’re looking for a **dedicated and hands-on Fish & Chip Shop Manager** to lead our team in Geelong

**About the Role**:
As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-quality food and service, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing staff, rosters, and training
- Ensuring food quality and hygiene standards
- Handling orders, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing cash handling and daily financials

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a similar role (hospitality/food service)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- A passion for delivering great food and service
