**About The Centre**

Thrive North Ryde follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**About The Role**

Thrive has an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in early education and who is ready to start their career in the sector.

This traineeship will see you join the team in North Ryde and be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.

**Your role as a Trainee**:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children’s progress to families
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Prepare the children’s play and learning materials for the day’s experiences.
- Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment
