**Thrive North Ryde is is our 100 place centre located in North West Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.**

**About The Role**

**Thrive has an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in early education and is ready to start their career in the sector.**

**This traineeship will see you join the team in Coniston and be part of a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and investment in their people.**

**You will be supported, mentored and earn $$ whilst you study**

**Your role as a Trainee**:

- **Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators**:

- **Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation using informal opportunities to communicate regularly about children’s progress to families**:

- **Provide assistance to other Educators in the room**:

- **Maintain a positive working relationship with team members**:

- **Maintain effective communication with parents**:

- **Prepare the children’s play and learning materials for the day’s experiences**:

- **Guide children through daily routines and rituals. Be part of the experience as children explore their environment**
