**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of the company and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serves as the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client.
- Advise clients of preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair client’s IT operation.
- May also perform services activities such as systems assurance, installation planning, account management, systems-level problem determination, discontinuance and relocation of the company and non-company systems and products.
- Accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support and operational services for the client account(s). When critical situations occur, they are the company's technical interface to clients and manage the situation until the problem is fixed.
- Have a thorough understanding of, and are able to articulate company’s technical support strategy.
- Responsible for the technical value relationship to protect revenue base and identify new services opportunities.
- Expertise in one main activity (equipment, machine, operation, process steps).
- Awareness of work done by team members or interrelated activities
- Exchanges job or activity related information through listening, clarification and understanding.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Must have appropriate tools and Laptop/Iphone
- Must possess related skills to accomplished the job
- Use standard tools, techniques, procedures to identify routine problems, and select appropriate actions to solve problems.
- Structured analysis and interpretations may be required.
- Performs a variety of assigned tasks and works within well established procedures.
