**About the Role**

- ** Software Lifecycle Oversight**: Manage the complete lifecycle of software assets from acquisition to retirement.
- ** Proactive Strategy and Innovation**: Support ICT strategy, assess emerging technology trends, and drive innovation to enhance staff and client experiences.
**About You**
In addition to your technical proficiency, you bring valuable experience working collaboratively with different business units to achieve organisational goals. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to establish rapport easily, positioning you to effectively lead a team of professionals and successfully integrate our service philosophy.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven skills in planning, resource management, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Successful track record in project management across organisations.
- Tertiary qualification in ICT or Applications Management; ITIL Intermediate or Project Management certifications (preferred).
- Experience in community services or not-for-profit sectors, with non-government management experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM, Case Management, HR Management, Financial Management, and Data Reporting systems (preferred)
