**About the Team**:
The music team at TikTok is responsible for making sure the sounds available to creators inspire creativity, reflect trends and support artist discovery. We work with the music industry to ensure our creators and audience find the best music on TikTok.

**Your Role**:
TikTok's Music Team is looking for an absolute rockstar, or at least someone who understands rockstars, to join us as Artist Partnerships Specialist for Australia and New Zealand. This role will work with emerging and celebrity musicians across both countries to help drive TikTok's music strategy. You'll help artists and music industry get setup, trouble shoot and optimise their TikTok accounts.

You'll understand the local music scenes, with a good knowledge across genres. Did we mention you know how important TikTok is for music discovery and how it's done? Plus, you're probably the person who's handed the aux cord or bluetooth at parties.

**Responsibilities**:

- With Director of Music and Head of Artist Partnerships, maintain relationships with artists, managers and labels in order to drive artists' success on TikTok
- Support artists in onboarding to TikTok as well as account management and maintenance
- Support artists and industry in troubleshooting, account services and optimising their presence on TikTok.
- Internally advocate for and champion the needs of the Artist community with key TikTok stakeholders.
- Administer backend protocols for management of ANZ music TikTok accounts
- Observe, follow, and predict the trends in the local music industry
- Work closely within the music team to create editorial content and opportunities for artists
- Drive creation and delivery of music content on and off TikTok
- Work closely with other teams like live programming, content partnerships and the commercial team to coordinate music content campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive, measure & analyse performance against key engagement metrics
- You've worked on music campaigns and activations across platforms
- Exceptional relationship building skills and established connections with artist network necessary to encourage the growth of TikTok.
- Strong working knowledge of TikTok.
- Pristine presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who can support efforts across music; capable of working calmly and quickly in high-stress environments and are solutions-oriented.
- Good understanding of the creative process of music creation from composition to production.
- Ability to navigate and execute through ambiguity and drive momentum for new projects and ideas.
- Understanding of music licensing
