Galvin Engineering have an opportunity for a self-driven Warehouse Officer to join the team based at our Victoria office in Tullamarine.

Our Warehouse Superstar will take responsibility for:

- Customer Service enquiries
- Store administration duties including data entry, customer service, sorting dockets
- Picking, packing and dispatching duties
- Dealing with truck/courier drivers
- Receiving stock and stocking warehouse
- Stock consolidations
- Housekeeping
- Container unloading
- Forklift Driving

But we don’t want just any Warehouse Officer

You will be professional, reliable and motivated. And you will also have a bit of:

- Previous store/admin experience
- Current Drivers licence
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Accurate numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer Literate (with prior database exposure)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A will do attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work well within a team environment
