At UnitingSA, we believe technology should enable, not overwhelm. As our **Manager, Business Systems, Data and Analytics**, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise systems, data architecture, and analytics capabilities are future-ready, secure, and fit for purpose.

Reporting to the **Senior Manager, IT and Digital Transformation**, this leadership position is your opportunity to shape how we capture, govern and use information to create real-world impact, supporting people-centred services across aged care, housing, disability, mental health and community sectors.

**The Opportunity**

You’ll drive the digital transformation of cloud strategy and data warehousing into actionable insights, supporting evidence-based decision-making and operational efficiency. Your leadership will foster data literacy across the organisation, embed best-practice governance, and ensure our systems keep pace with organisational growth and sector demands.

**What You’ll Lead and Deliver**
- **Strategic leadership of business systems** - from selection and implementation to enhancement, ensuring alignment with business needs and user experience
- **Enterprise data architecture** - delivering scalable, secure and integrated data environments to support organisational intelligence
- **Governance and quality frameworks** - upholding data security, accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- **Analytics and reporting services** - empowering teams with modern tools to unlock insights, trends and opportunities
- **Stakeholder engagement and change leadership** - building partnerships across all levels to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and drive digital adoption
- **Team development and culture** - mentoring a capable, curious team in a collaborative, hybrid work environment

**About You**

You bring:

- Qualifications in ICT, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional IT systems or data teams within medium to large organisations
- Expertise in enterprise system administration, integration technologies, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong grasp of data governance, privacy, and risk management frameworks
- Proficiency with ERP, SaaS, data warehousing, analytics platforms and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- The ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and influence strategic decisions

You may also hold certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, DMBOK or equivalent—though we value practical experience just as highly.
