If you want to succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate a strong written and communication skill set coupled with critical attention to detail as the files you will be working on will strongly represent the reputation of the company. You’ll need to demonstrate your legal research experience and an understanding of the process which will enable you to work effectively and confidently work with your team to meet all deadlines expected by the partners and law courts. Being the first point of contact, having a friendly attitude and passion to help is essential
