**About The Role**
This role is ideal for a second or Third year law student who has a desire to gain experience in a legal and consulting environment. You will work with lawyers who have decades of experience both in the private sector and the public sector, as well as amongst a team of consultants who have a deep understanding of government.
As a paralegal you will be responsible for research, practice management and administrative duties supporting the legal team. You will also be required to prepare communications, liaise across Synergy Group, and assist in business development initiatives.

**Skills Or Experience Required**
- Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to prioritise and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast paced working environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to anticipate the needs of lawyers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
Undertaking a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent.
**Additional Requirements**
All applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to hold and maintain an Australian Government security clearance. The role is based in Canberra, ACT.
