**Reporting To**: Senior Legal Counsel
The Paralegal will be required to provide high quality support to the SM legal team, in relation to corporate, commercial and contract law matters, and provide general administrative support as required.
We are looking for a Paralegal, with relevant previous experience, who has a growth mindset and can display flexibility with a collaborative and cooperative approach towards team members, as well as stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the legal staff in relation to corporate, commercial and contract law matters
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
- Research and compile relevant resources and data for legal operations
- Assist with template creation, version control and database management of all contracts
- Organise and maintain accurate, up to date legal databases
- Prepare legal documents as and when required for review, approval and use by the legal team

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated experience working as a Paralegal (commercial experience is desirable)
- Experience in preparing routine legal documentation
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a legal database
- Experience in providing support to a legal function
- Knowledge of, or aptitude to learn, basic invoicing software
