**Operational Management**
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers when needed.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the store meets Schnitz brand standards.

2. **Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and develop team members (including shift leaders and crew).
- Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage.
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Handle staff issues, conflicts, or disciplinary actions as needed.

3. **Customer Service**
- Ensure all customers receive high-quality food and outstanding service.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Create a welcoming and positive environment for guests.

4. **Financial Management**
- Achieve sales targets and manage the store's budget.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Control labor costs and food wastage.
- Handle cash management, banking, and end-of-day reconciliations.

5. **Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to local laws related to health, safety, and food handling.
- Conduct regular audits (e.g., cleanliness, food safety, inventory).

6. **Brand Representation**
- Uphold Schnitz’s brand values, customer promise, and product standards.
- Support marketing promotions and local store marketing efforts.
- Train staff to deliver the “Schnitz experience” to every guest.
