Join a fast and dynamic growing flooring company aiming to continue it's push into the commercial flooring sector. We have an established reputation of over 30 years in the flooring industry providing numerous floor covering solutions.

In this position the successful applicant will be assisting in managing our backend operations from ordering product, allocating our installers to jobs, organsing install dates with the clients and quoting jobs.

This position demands a motivated and dedicated individual who has a strong desire to succeed and who is flexible to accommodate their clients' requirements from the initial product selection right through to the installation process.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assist quoting new jobs
- Coordinate job installations with our installers
- Liaising with clients to book installations, repairs and maintenance works
- Assist placing product orders with our manufacturers
- Site inspections
- Liaising with builders and suppliers in relation to projects
- Build and maintain long term client relationships (bring your existing client base)
- Product knowledge

**The skills and experience you will need to be considered**:

- Great attention to detail
- Prior industry flooring experience highly desired
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good computer skills
- Effectively prioritise workload
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, installers and sub-contractors
- Valid Drivers License
