**We are looking for a Resource Advisor to join our dynamic team.**

We're looking for our next Resource Advisor to help us provide a great employee experience for our consultants. You will support our team of Resource Managers and will join a fun and supportive team in a growing international company. This is a 12-month contract opportunity and a chance for you to progress your resourcing career, to try something new and/or to broaden your HR skillset.

**You will**:

- Support resourcing decisions across geographic locations and/or business areas
- Use systems and Power Bi reports to manage and allocate resources to ensure people have the right amount of work
- Draw data together from multiple sources to make sound decisions
- Provide advice on the resources and teams available to pursue client opportunities
- Support the function on data and systems tasks for example, tracking new starter resource allocations, updating trackers etc.
- Make decisions that balance the career needs of individuals, with client and business needs

- Uber organised and productive - you keep all the moving parts working in harmony
- Highly customer focused and service orientated
- Able to use good judgement when solving problems
- Adept at using and navigating between systems (we use Fresh Service, Salesforce & Kimble).
- Discrete and confidential when dealing with sensitive employee issues
- A team player and happy to help out

**And the practical experience**:

- Experience in resourcing within a professional services company would be valued but won't be a determining criterion
- Experience in working in fast-paced environments, or relationship management would help you be successful in this role
