**Production & Packing Assistant - Spice, Tea & Oil Manufacturing**

**About Us**: We are a growing organic food manufacturing business based in Sydney, producing premium spice blends, teas, and cold-pressed oils. Our facility is fully certified organic, gluten-free, and committed to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operating and maintaining small-scale commercial production equipment
- Following the food production procedures, cross contamination and allergen control processes
- Packing, sealing, and accurately labelling finished products
- Conducting regular stocktakes and managing inventory
- Adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
- Maintaining, cleaning and sanitising production and packing areas
- Ability to lift bags/ drums of upto 20 kilos
- Comfortable working with spices and herbs intense aromas.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Basic food handling knowledge and understanding of hygiene practices
- Quick learner comfortable operating small-scale production equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to agreed shifts
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- ABN holder

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Previous experience in food production or a similar environment
- Food handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Genuine interest in organic, gluten-free, or specialty food production
