We have an exciting 12 month contract opportunity within our Victorian Workers Compensation Team in Geelong as a Team Manager.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Effectively lead a team to deliver key business objectives and meet critical service standards
- Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve team performance
- Utilise your technical (legislative and policy) knowledge to ensure quality claims management decisions are delivered by your team
- Ensure workers compensation internal and external customer expectations are either met or exceeded
- Contributing to a broader team culture that enhances staff engagement and commitment to our objective, ensuring inclusion, enjoyment, and fulfilment.

**About you**
- Extensive personal injury management expertise within a Workers Compensation environment
- Expertise in team leadership and a proven track record of driving high performance
- Demonstrated Experience in coaching and developing team members
- Innovative thinking - creative ideas that improve operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Demonstrated ability for developing strong customer relationships and effectively resolving customer escalations
