Join a private development and property business with a history of success in the commercial office sector within Melbourne.

The well-versed acquisitions, design, delivery and facilities team take these large-scale projects from start to finish. They are either refurbished for sale or held as long-term assets.

Culture is vital for the leadership team. You will be supported in your career growth, whether undertaking a training course to upskill or providing and workshopping solutions for the best project outcomes. Based on the cusp of the CBD, this is a 5-day office-based operation - mainly due to the team's social focus and collaborative nature.

Humility, respect and teamwork are the pillars of this company, and you feel that immediately with all interactions with a close-knit team. Projects range in size and are primarily commercial offices with fit-out components - requiring the highest design and quality for the end user.

Reporting to the head of projects, he has a vast knowledge of construction and is happy to share and provide his intel. He will be on hand to assist and support you as and when needed.

**_Foundation for success..._**
- Minimum of two to three years experience as a site coordinator or as a Contracts Administrator with a builder.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter whilst still being collaborative
- Ability to and have the interest in learning and growing your project management career.
- Proven history of exposure to the fit-out / commercial office projects
- You will have a good sense of humour and like to be detailed in your project approach and deliver to a very high-quality standard.
- Proactive and care about quality
- Ability to ask questions when needed
- Well-presented and excellent communication - representation of the brand is very important.
