**The Role**
As a People Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving sustainable business performance through effective people strategies. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute a business-relevant People Plan aligned with the People and Business Strategy.
- Build strong relationships with the business, solving their problems while aligning with corporate practices.
- Provide expertise and guidance on People Strategies, partnering with the business to implement them.
- Coach and equip managers with the necessary knowledge for effective team management.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning programs.
- Drive culture transitions and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with People policies, processes, and legal regulations.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver initiatives as required.
- Lead annual people delivery activities, such as performance management and compensation reviews.
- Support people managers in handling employee relations matters.
- Analyse data to provide insights and reports on people trends and metrics.
- Coach leaders in developing their interpersonal and people leadership capabilities.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Management, or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working within a People business partnership model with a sound understanding of employee lifecycle and cyclical activities.
- Strong proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to provide management coaching
- Sound experience working in a complex, People functional service model in a mid-large sized corporate matrixed organisation will be highly regarded
