We are looking for individuals who are looking to begin their careers as Nursing Assistants - those who are compassionate and dedicated in ensuring the wellbeing and health of their patients is of the highest standard. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding quality health and wellbeing services and meeting the needs of patients with dignity and choice.

**Your main duties**:

- Providing individual support to the elderly or to individuals with disabilities that need assistance to undertake day-to-day task
- Assistance with personal care: showering, grooming and medication assistance
- Support with domestic tasks: Basic house chores
- Social Support: shopping, accompanying people to appointments, and engaging in social activities.

**To be considered you must have the following skills and attributes**:

- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Written and Verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a diverse community
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Competent in Medication Administration or willing to work towards
- Be flexible with working availability
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance

**Salary**: $34.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
