**WE’RE HIRING - JOIN THE SMOKY SUE’S BARBECUE CREW**

We’re the BBQ truck with the shiny Airstream and the smokin’ workhorse that roll into breweries, footy grounds, and festivals across Sydney. We sling brisket, burgers, and loaded fries with a side of chaos and a lot of laughs.

Now we’re chasing **new crew legends** to jump on board.

**ROLE 1: Front of House / All-Rounder**
- Serving customers, taking orders, packing feeds.
- Keeping the vibes high when the line’s out the door.
- Bit of cleaning, bit of plating, bit of everything.

**ROLE 2: Grill & Fry Cook**
- Running the burger line and fryer like a boss.
- Following our recipes (no fancy dishes we keep it simple, and take pride in what we do).
- Pumping out consistent feeds when it’s flat-out.

If you can do **both** — you’re our unicorn.

**What we need from you**:

- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun is go-time).
- Cool head under pressure.
- Reliable, fun, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Hospo or kitchen experience helps, but attitude is king.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
