We're seeking a dedicated Food Truck Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations while fostering a strong communi-tea with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily food truck operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
- Manage and train staff, scheduling shifts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies and minimize waste to ensure quali-tea in all our offerings.
- Handle customer interactions, address complaints and ensure excellent customer service as a true T-rista.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Track sales, manage cash flow and report financial performance to the owner.
- Coordinate truck maintenance and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Passion to be involved in a dynamic, fast-paced, events-based environment.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or food truck management.
- Desire to create memorable experiences and drive brand loyal-tea.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van/food truck (essential).
