Contract Manager - Owners Team - New Role on Greenfields Project - Based in Perth
Brand new role for Contract Manager to work for Owners Team on brand new approx. $1BN Greenfields project. We are looking for someone with an Oil and Gas (or similar) construction background.

The Contract Manager will refine the contracting strategy and lead the negotiation of an EPC contract with appropriate risk frameworks for a new industrial plant through to execution to support the Final Investment Decision.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders (engineering/technical, legal and commercial) across the Owners Team, the EPC partner, contractors, and external legal to realise project deliverables.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing contract documents and arrange for execution during Pre - awards
- Prequalification of Contractors, Forwarding of Commercial Bid Evaluation reports and Commercial Bid evaluation / award recommendation reports
- Preparing Schedule of Construction Contracts.

Skills / Qualifications
- Should have with extensive experience in a senior contract role dedicated to major projects with EPC or EPCM models
- Previous experience of working on a refinery type projects preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial or legal discipline or equivalent
- Demonstrated excellence in the following skillsets: communication, influencing, commercial, analytical and leadership.
