**About the role**:
**By brining your own caseload, you will be rewarded with generous commissions of up to 80% for claiming, plus depending on the size of your caseload, you will be awarded sign up bonuses per client.**

**About you**:
You are full of energy, you are compassionate about positive and impactful changes in our sector, you are tired of working alongside stale and outdated ways You also have:

- Experience providing NDIS Support Coordination Services or similar role.
- Experience in assisting participants sign up to the NDIS
- Excellent time management and administration with the ability to maintain accurate, professionally appropriate and current records and Written Reports.
- A Solid understanding of the NDIA and its importance to people with a disability and their support networks.
- Demonstrated experience with facilitating multi-disciplinary coordinated planning and develop collaborative relationships and Networks between Service Providers.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS Systems and Practices;
- Experience with engaging with NDIA Staff and LAC’s;
- Liaising with the participant, family or representative on supporting the participant with achieving their goals
- Preparing for plan reviews and attending with the Participant, Family or Representative

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Preferably 1 Year of Minimum Experience in this role or similar
- Experience with Engaging with Stakeholders and Ability to Adapt
- Qualifications with in the Community Services, Mental Health and Disability/and or Similar.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- Australian Drivers Licence
- National Police Check

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: From $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
