**Your daily duties will include**:

- Report to Head of Marketing and work alongside marketing team fostering strong collaboration
- Coordinate events with sponsors and highly regarded industry partners
- Assist with implementation of marketing and communication plans
- Draft internal communications
- Briefing design work to creative agencies
- Provide marketing support to operations and property team such as through PowerPoint presentations and special events support
- Raise purchase orders, monitor invoicing, and ensure projects are delivered in budget
- Ad hoc administration support to Head of Marketing

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, or administrative experience within a corporate environment (Open to Marketing Graduates or Internship experience)
- Property marketing experience or similar highly regarded
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar beneficial
- Experience and understanding of social media highly regarded
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
