Events & Marketing Admin Assistant

We are looking for a long term team member that will grow with us. Initially three to four half days per week and then as we grow, so will the hours. This is a part-time role. Aprox 20-25 hrs per week.

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with event planning - conferences, meetings etc
- Assist with marketing activities, updating of website content, newsletters, social media
- Posting google ads, face book management and driving enquiries
- Some graphic design works in creating banners
- Content creation for our posts
- Keeping our brand ‘top of mind’

**Skills**
- Excellent organizational and office skills
- Some graphic design skills in Adobe or canva
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Computer savvy
- Working knowledge of Electronic Newsletters
- General office duties
- Retail or Hospitality experience required
