**About Us**

We are seeking an experienced **Venue Manager** to lead our team, maintain high operational standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and probably a growler).

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Management**
- Oversee daily venue operations including bar, floor, and kitchen coordination.
- Maintain compliance with liquor licensing, health & safety, and workplace regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure venue presentation meets NBC’s high brand standards at all times.

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, roster, and manage a high-performing team.
- Lead by example to create a positive, customer-focused culture.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and training sessions.

**Financial & Business Performance**
- Manage budgets, cost control, and wage percentages.
- Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior management.

**Customer Experience**
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service in line with NBC’s hospitality values.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular patrons and community partners.

**Events & Marketing Support**
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote venue events and seasonal beer releases.
- Assist in planning and executing functions, live music, and special events.

**Skills & Attributes**
- Proven experience in a similar hospitality management role (brewery, bar, or restaurant preferred).
- Current RSA, Approved Manager’s Licence, and knowledge of WA liquor licensing laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial literacy with experience in budgeting, rostering, and cost control.
- Passion for craft beer and hospitality excellence.
