**Life at Powerlink**:
To support our critical project portfolio, including exciting renewable energy projects, Powerlink Queensland is looking for a dynamic and proven Team Leader Delivery.

You will lead a professional team of construction managers and construction specialists in the successful planning, execution and construction of Powerlink infrastructure projects.
- Lead the site delivery team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development.
- Manage construction programs for projects like high voltage substations, transmission lines, and communication systems.
- Support the development of Project Management Plans, contract strategies, specifications, and tender evaluations.
- Provide timely advice and services on project construction and delivery.
- Assist the team in preparing detailed technical specifications and realistic program outage management plans.
- Mentor Project Managers to enhance their understanding of construction processes and standards.
- Communicate performance and behavioral expectations clearly and support team members to achieve outcomes.

**Your expertise**:
Qualifications:

- Ideally you will have tertiary level qualifications in engineering or project management supported by demonstrated leadership experience in the delivery of complex large scale infrastructure projects.

Your experience and success:

- You have lead construction teams to deliver complex, HV infrastructure, engineering projects, on time and budget.
- You have managed customers, stakeholders and contractors to deliver business critical project and commercial outcomes.
- You have built high-performing, construction delivery teams in a matrix organisation as a collaborative, supportive and engaging team leader, focussed on achieving results.
- You are able to achieve a balance between technical and commercial outcomes, delivering complex construction projects, managing contracts, priorities and resource planning.
- You demonstrate knowledge and experience in all aspects of construction and contract management and an in
- depth understanding of the electricity Industry
