**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Engage, coordinate and manage trades during the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events
- Answering phone calls
- Booking in estimators site attendances for claims
- Schedule estimator attendances across VIC effectively in line with SLA's
- Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
- Arrange specialist reports where required to support the estimating team
- Liaise between insured parties and insurance companies
- Dispute / issue resolution as required
- Ensure all inspections, certificates and relevant documentation is signed off
- Work closely with estimators to ensure quotations are submitted in accordance with SLA's
- Process invoices
- Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and in a timely fashion

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box?

- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Construction background highly regarded, however not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Can-do and positive attitude
- A willingness to learn and start from the ground up in a fast-moving organisation and team.
