We deliver high-quality residential projects across regional Victoria and are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience and mentorship from industry professionals while building a strong foundation in estimating.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Reviewing and interpreting construction documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Supporting the estimating team to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Learning industry-leading software and estimation techniques.
• Creating and releasing purchase orders to trades and suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine interest in residential construction and estimating
• Strong attention to detail, with analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning construction estimating software (training provided)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• 0–2 years' experience in construction, estimating, or administration — full training provided
