- Current driver’s license and your own car (mandatory)
- A NDIS workers screening check or be willing to obtain one
- A NSW Working with Childrens Check clearance or be willing to obtain one
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing

**Days/Hours**
- 0730 - 1600 - Monday to Friday (School support shifts)

**About role**

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 16-year-old boy who is ventilated via a tracheostomy with attending and participating in school.- Duties include:
- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
