Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to assist people living in their own homes to enable independence.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Assistance with school activities
- Assistance with respiratory management
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Socialisation support

**SHIFT TIMES**:

- 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Wednesday

**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Working with Children Clearance
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
