**Have you recently graduated in Business/ Marketing or Sales?**

We are looking for a **Graduate**Sales Administrator**to join our high performing **New Building Solutions**team based in **Brisbane, Q.L.D.**

In this role you will support our sales consultants especially in the pre-sales phase.

You will take care of lead handling, booking customer meetings for the sales team, as well as contacting customers by phone or via online channels.

This role will also support the sales teams with updating the sales funnel, pricing and offerings.

**What will you be doing?**
- Respond to and qualify incoming web enquiries
- Update online tools with lead generation information
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure that web leads are reported
- Contribute and share leads and sales opportunities with the team
- Support with the management of the sales funnel, orders/ contracts received, number of unhandled leads, response time of handling leads, record customer visits
- Support sales consultants with tendering
- Booking jobs with the Operations team
- Uploading contracts
- Assisting Sales Consultants to build tailored value propositions for Core 1 customers
- Support the sales team in building customer experiences
- Responsible for gathering information about the market and competitors from online channels

**What are we looking for?**
- Recently graduated from University or other Tertiary equivalent with a degree in Business/ Marketing/ Sales highly desirable
- Excellent collaborator and team player within a sales team
- Customer Service Mindset skills
- Effective Communicator being able to communicate with confidence and clarity
- Good problem-solving skills & analytical mind
