**The Client**
Our Client is a department of the Government of Australia charged with the responsibility to defend Australia and its national interests

**The Role**
Our client requires a Deputy Data Conversion Lead with experience in assuring data conversion within high-performing, scalable enterprise ICT functional solution in large, complex organisation.

The resource must have data conversion knowledge and experience in the complex SAP S4HANA within a Commonwealth environment.

The resource must have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in the Program's drivers and requirements and have the capacity to accommodate the demands of one of the largest ICT projects undertaken by the Australian Defence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Conversion methodologies, supporting Functional Delivery Leads in governing the end-to-end enterprise design and implementation of endorsed business requirements
- Ensuring alignment to Industry and SAP Best Practice for Data Conversion activity
- Providing solution Data Conversion governance and assurance, leveraging ERP and SAP design experience
- Support Solution Delivery Lead to plan, manage and govern activities of the Program's SI to ensure alignment with optimal outcomes for department
- Supporting the program to deliver against agreed deliverables, time, quality and cost.
- Ensuring alignment of ERP Data Conversion methodologies, tools techniques with connection to department testing policy and framework
- Supporting ERP Program Management to plan, manage and govern activities of the Program's SI enabling alignment with optimal outcomes
- Knowledge transfer and demonstrate initiative

**About You**
The Deputy Data Conversion Lead must have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- 8+ years Data Migration to SAP experience.
- 8+ years expertise in Data Migration including Extraction, Cleansing, Transformation, Loading, Validation, and Reconciliation of data from Legacy systems to ECC and/or from Legacy systems to S4 HANA.
- University degree and/or 10+ years' experience in ICT project management.
