You will have experience working in the aged care sector as a Carer. You are compassionate and you understand the importance of delivering exceptional holistic care.

We are currently recruiting HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE Personal Carers to service our growing clients the following areas, you MUST be willing to travel to at least 2 of these areas
- City of Monash
- City of Knox
- City of Maroondah
- City of Manningham
- City of Whitehorse
- City of Stonnington
- City of Boroondara

**We need from you**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Cert III Individual Support, Cert III HACC or nursing qualification or be studying towards one
- Experience in aged care, preferably
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including the ability to read and interpret care-plans
- Current full or probationary drivers’ license and own, reliable vehicle to travel to our clients homes
- Current first aid and CPR or willingness to obtain at own expense
- Current police check
- Covid vaccinations (3 doses) and willingness to obtain an annual flu vaccine
