**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer high-quality guidance on policy, governance, and regulatory compliance to researchers and Human Research Ethics Committees.
- Develop and Coach Team Members: Manage performance, promote service excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build Key Relationships: Operate as a trusted advisor to senior management and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the university.

**You may also**:
- Have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or extensive relevant experience.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to HREC operations.
- Be able to manage competing priorities while ensuring best practice service delivery.
- Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check.
