
Key Account Manager

**The Role**:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and analyse market trends.
- Establish your profile within the industry by forging relationships based on respect, service, trust, and the quality that our products and clients deserve.
- Market and present truck bodies, services, and other products to clients.
Ensure that products are prepared for delivery in a timely manner and to a standard that exceeds customer expectations.
**About you**:
- Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle products and specifications, serving the Cold Chain Logistics Industry and beyond.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Proven ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
- High-level communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal/tender development skills.
- Established IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools) with a willingness to learn our advanced digital suite.
- Ability to fully integrate with the internal team and become a reliable contributor.
- Assist our Marketing and PR coordinator to ensure maximum exposure and client experience.
- Assist and attend conferences and shows, representing the Cooler brand.
- Effectively handle all customer concerns.
- A Heavy Vehicle licence is desirable.

Pay: $57,876.49 - $128,953.89 per year
